When will the 2016 Copa America locations be announced?

Does anyone know when they will announce the locations of the 2016 Copa America that will be held here in the US?

I haven't even seen sites for the Gold Cup

Host cities are determined via a bidding process.
My guesses would be: Orlando, Miami, Phoenix, Columbus, Seattle (have to change the surface), Pasadena (Rose Bowl), Jersey (Metlife Stadium), Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Arlington (Cowboys stadium), and maybe Nashville or another Northeast city.
