nearly every excess dollar will be spent within the first 80-100 picks (about round 8 in snakes)

so if you splash early, ie. the equivalent of getting 4-5 picks in the first 2-3 rounds....you create a vacuum of talent which makes people reach....change view to "avg" and just wait for everyone's avg to be less than $2...when that happens you can cherry pick leftovers....or basically you get 9-10 round 8-11 picks

wait for the initial spaz of money....but you have to land a 1st round talent or you start behind the 8 ball
