Toughest division in NBA now: Southwest or Central?

These two are certainly up there as the top 2 currently. Which do you think is going to be the toughest?

ETA: division, not conference, used to the college football arg.

If you're basing it on 1v1, 2v2, etc., that's not really a good way to judge it.

I'm judging it on 4 playoff teams from last year and all 5 considered to be playoff contenders this year vs 3 playoff teams. I don't see how this is even a question.

San Antonio, Houston, Memphis, and Dallas won 9 more games combined than Indiana, Miami, Toronto, and Chicago last year in a much tougher conference.

The top 4 in the Southwest went 88-32 against the East last year.

That's ignoring the additions to the Central Division.

Chicago, Indiana, and Cleveland are going to be legit.
