Figured it needed to go here and not the food board, just because.

Progress pics will follow.

Rub consists of Stuff A Roast seasoning and black pepper, then a layer of mustard topped with a liberal amount of brown sugar.

Now the racks are sitting in my beverage fridge in the garage for a while before they hit the smoker.

Ribs just went in the Masterbuilt electric smoker set at 225F at 2:30pm. They will come out at 5:00pm for a foil wrap and another 60 minutes of simmering. The brown sugar overlay earlier was due to not being able to achieve a true charred effect on the meat in the electric smoker, but everything else about this jewel is on time.

2 1/2 hours of smoking at 225F and they're off.

A fresh basting of a BBQ/ Apple juice medley and wrapped in foil and they're back on for another 60 minutes.

That's my beer fridge, Tyrone. The kitchen cooler stays in a mess, which is why I have my own.

I feel your pain. I did the same thing except mine started around 3pm on Thursday. You have me beat because you've got 60% of a basketball starting lineup. I've only got one of them.
