Question about driving record and out of state violations

If I received a ticket out of state, will it show up on my driving record if I pull in on the Louisiana OMV site?

Most states allow you to pay a little more to keep it off your record these days. I know that's not the question you asked but it's all I got

get your insurance company to provide you with their copy of your driving record

I try not to get tickets when I am the state of drunkeness (is that even a word?).
