Even "redneck" seems pejorative and an assumption on your part.
I find the pic kinda silly. But, I see no reason to ridicule the girl or those that like it. I certainly see no possible way to glean "racist" or not from the pic.

I cannot wait for the day when people start to wake up and realize this is a nation of many varied individuals. Just because you don't agree with 1 person's or group's lifestyle does not mean everyone agrees or disagrees with you. A female is standing in front of an AMERICAN flag. She is holding a Bible (1st Amendment) and a gun (2nd Amendment). She is doing NOTHING else.
I guess "diversity" and "tolerance" is good as long as the person is being "tolerated" for doing stuff we like and agree with.
