Zouma was a beast for me in FIFA manager mode for one year before Napoli swooped in with an offer I couldn't refuse. 45 mil for a player I had just bought for 15 mil? Yes please.

Zouma is up to an 81 in less than 2 seasons on my Everton team.

Looks like Costa, Luis and Fabregas are all going to be absent on Saturday. I think he starts Ramires next to Matic instead of Mikel this week. I think the absence of Toure will prevent us from getting overrun in the midfield with a Matic/Ramires pivot.

Last I saw on Fab was that he had a tight hamstring and asked to come off before a real injury. So maybe that means good news? I'm not sure though with those kinds of injuries.

Ramires looked decent in the pivot against Liverpool. Maybe he doesn't have any finishing for his couple of chances but the rest seemed good.

I don't think he's going to drop Gary that easily. I really like what I see from Zouma but he got burnt badly over playing the ball twice Tuesday that almost, and probably should have led to goals for Liverpool.

The redeeming thing is that he has the speed to catch back up on these misplays, something Cahill does not seem to have. It'll be interesting to see whether Mourinho plays the aggressive Zouma or the less aggressive, experienced Cahill.

Sounds like it may be 25m pounds + Salah going on loan (we pay wages) to Fiorentina for Cuadrado.

Don't know much about him. Is he better than Willian?

Jose is going all Marshawn Lynch on the FA, refusing to do any press conference tomorrow.

Sometimes he's really, really good. Other times he's really, really bad. He also looked like the what what in the butt guy for a couple years.

He was really, really good at the World Cup this summer. He's faster than a speeding bullet.

Di Marzio is reporting Schurrle to Wolfsburg for 27 mil.

Costa will also be appealing his Violent Conduct ban.

I'm sure he's better going forward but will he work as hard as Willian to defend as well?

Im guessing you mean Cuadrado and not the Costa message you replied to
But yeah, I think so (without really seen much of his league play). He has played several times as a wing back.

He's not better than Willian IMO. He'd have to do a lot more defensive work. He's been inconsistent too. I'd rather have Willian out there running his socks off until Cuadrado proves something and takes that place away from him.

Whether its Cuadrado or Willian starting I think it'll be better than Salah. Both seem more willing to work defensively. Cuadrado may have a better end product, the only thing that Willian seems to be lacking lately. The competition between them should make both, and thus the squad, better.

I do wonder if Schurrle is gone as well who else we will be bringing in. I can't imagine us shrinking the squad size.

Cuadrado sounds exactly like Schurrle to me?

Have you ever seen him play?
