Not what you are looking for, but just had a homemade pimento cheese sandwich on fresh white bread with a glass of milk that was great

Reypenaer XO reserve (aged gouda). Very rich and complex.

Same here, but on crackers tonight at my mil's house. It's awesome. When everybody passes out, I'm going back in the fridge to get more.

Mignight moon is great. Really anything from Cypress Grove.

Goat Cheese Gouda......Poulder brand from Holland and a Manchego from Trader Joe's and a Havardi goat cheese that was being given away at a beer tasting....I really am liking goat cheeses.

Havarti goat cheese. Really? Where?
Posted on 7/11/14 at 11:19 pm to bosoxjo13
Red Dragon w/ mustard seed, and Huntsman w/ layers of English Stilton and Gloucester. Both at Rouses or WF. I like rich, strong cheeses.

It was from a local (Dallas) cheese shop. Don't know anymore than that....except the girl who brought it to the pub was cute and had to stand up on a stool to tell us about the cheese.....a stool right in front of me.....hell...it may have tasted like goat piss.....I don't remember.

I don't know shite about cheese. But I went to the American Craft Beer Week beer and cheese pairing at NOLA brewery and I tasted one that was fantastic. It has nice, nutty flavors with some bittering on the finish. It was good.
But I can't begin to speculate what it was. It was just tasty.
