David Blatt (cav coach) over his head?

How much pressure does the LeBron signing put on the coach? Does anyone have any information on the guy? Seems like most of all his experience is international. How does this translate to the nba? What type of system does he run?

He's been a coach for a long time and is considered one of the best overseas coaches ever.

No... He's a really good coach. People aren't familiar with him due to the fact that he's coached overseas for his career. But as a coach, he is very highly regarded.
They hired him to right the ship that is the Cavs before the signed LBJ. That team was a dumpster fire with some serious locker room issues. Blatt was chosen because he brings a no BS system and won't tolerate any of it. Now he has LBJ as well.
Before the Cavs signed LBJ, it was seen as a good hire and that Blatt is a good coach. Now, since they signed LBJ, he's over his head?? I disageee. I think he's gonna do a fine job for the Cavs.
