I think he's a good coach and players like him.
Not GREAT, but good. He will last a couple more years in Miami then a few more stops in the league before taking a front office job somewhere. He is a Pat Riley protege and thats a solid item on the resume (along with 2 championships and 4 Finals appearances in 4 years)

That guy was one series a way from riding a magic commet to the top strata of all-time NBA coaches and now is probably a season or two from being fired.
