Jimbo can be a little over the top sometimes (almost all of the time) but his expressions are some of the best in the business. Not so much his recent movies but some of the ones in the past are absolute comedic gems, such as The Mask, Liar Liar, and of course Dumb and Dumber. But he's also done some great work in the more serious films, such as Truman Show (one of my favorite movies of all time) and Number 23.

My top 5 Carrey movies would go something like this:

The Truman Show
Dumb and Dumber
Liar Liar
The Cable Guy
Man on the Moon

What are your thought on Jim Carrey?

Also, for your entertainment here are some Carrey gifs:

Haven't liked a lot of his recent work, but I think he's talented. Dumb and dumber is a top 5 comedy for me probably, and I think he's a better actor than people give him credit for. He really brings some feels in man on the moon and the Truman show

Used to think of him as GOAT comedic actor. Ace, Lloyd, Truman some of my all time favorite characters.

His recent political views upset me a bit, but if I judged Hollywood on that I'd never see a good movie.

Love his comedy, but if you follow him on twitter or keep up with his news, he is annoying as frick. He constantly posts about how much he hates guns and it is just getting so old.

Washed up now but really good back in the 90s. He had some great characters on In Living Color. I thought he should have been Oscar nominated for Man in the Moon.

How has no one mentioned his role in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? Not only is it a great movie, he was phenomenal in it.

Someone did. And I agree, he played a great role in it.

I still think the Truman Show takes the cake. Such a great concept for a story

I've always liked Jim Carrey. Most recent thing I've seen him in was The Incredible Burt Wonderstone and he was funny in it parodying an extreme David Blaine type character.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind is probably his best serious movie imo. Overall he's been pretty great although some of his characters can be a little grating.

I don't even know what he has been in lately. Things might have just slowed down for him. The Dumb and Dumber sequel could just end up being a desperate money grab. We'll see.
