I seriously don't understand how international break causes so many injuries to these players. Its like a firing line every time we have one.

He was having such a good start to the season too. He's probably my favorite player at United besides Mata.

Get well soon.

Hopefully Carrick can play this weekend. If not, looks like Fletcher will get a run out in the team.

These two statements do not go with each other. Perhaps he sprained ligaments that will keep him out 4-6 weeks? If somebody tears an ACL, MCL, PCL or any combination of the three, they will be months out, not weeks.

ESPN's article says MCL and not sure if torn or sprained.

:(

As i'm sure you know, injuries are the worst.

Rumors were that we were going to try to sign Victor Valdes on the quick so he could start vs Arsenal but it won't happen because he won't be fit in time. Looks like lindegaard will get the start. I haven't heard anything else about De Gea.

Current MUFC Injured Starting XI:

De Gea
Rafael Evans Jones Rojo
Young Blind Carrick Lingard
Falcao

All we need is another injured striker for a pretty competitive starting 11...

does this money include money we would have gotten from champion's league.

if so, meh. luckily we can afford (handle) going a year without that money.

Di Maria was murked pretty good last night by god dang Nani of all people. And then Nani said he thinks he still has a spot and Manchester United. That MIGHT be possible (probably not), but it's definitely not if you frick up our most expensive player.

Di Maria hopeful he'll play this weekend but no news for sure, yet.

I don't have any clue what to expect for the weekend.
