What's a nice upscale happy hour downtown?

Beside Tsunami and Stroubes bar. And I guess I don't mean happy hour per se just a nice place to get a drink. I just will be done with some business around 5 and normally I'm not downtown at that time of day.
What else to eat besides the two listed above and IPO? Is that Louis Deangelo joint in the City National Bank bldg any good?

Try Blend, it's the old wine loft. On laurel st just before 3rd in the Fuqua building

Blend is a good call. They have nice small plates of meat and cheese too. We like it better than IPO.
