I am looking for help to gain mass, I workout daily and take protien just cant figure out how to gain weight. If you can help and need more info on how I have been eating/working out let me know. I really want to get back up to 195, 6'3'' at 160 just isn't working. If someone can legit help me I'll be grateful.

How do you lift?

How much do you eat?

Need to know this to answer properly.

Eat more and lift heavy, especially squats. Really should be that simple.

Make sure you are doing the big lifts, dips, pull ups, squats, deadlifts, and military press.

First off, you need to eat breakfast, then 3 hours later take a protein shake or snack, then eat your next meal. Basically eat every 3 hours. You need a carb and a protein for all your meals. I usually just eat rice or noodles for my carb. As far as supplements you should try a creatine, take carbs before and during your workout. You can order online or get them from a nutrition shop. Don't workout with an empty stomach. Take your protein post workout and eat another protein and carb for supper. Right before you go to bed take a casein protein shake with a scoop of peanutbutter with it. You also need to lift HEAVY.

Watch out .... I heard that hitting the weights too hard could loosen up your dick lips and leave them gaping aka make your pee hole bigger

If you're really trying to gain weight, eating has to become a fricking chore.

If you're not saying to yourself "damn, I need to eat again" then you're not eating enough.

You said you want to get back to 195 - so does that mean you once weighed 195? If so, just do whatever you did before.

As others have said, you need to eat. Buy a gainer supplement too to help...Optimum Pro Complex is a good one.

Just embrace being tall and skinny. Excel at sports you've got the build for like running, cycling, or swimming.
