Do you ever have a phase where you kinda get reintroduced to a band and they're a bit more than you gave them credit for years ago? Happened to me recently with BNL.

I think everybody knows all the hits. Late 90s/early 2000s these guys were all over the radio. But they've been coming on my Post Grunge Station on Pandora a good bit lately and some songs that I never heard. Now getting into these guys entire catalog again and am pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy them. I think one of my new favorite songs is "What a Good Boy." Really shows a side to them I don't think was apparent with their hits.

There are also a lot of really good ones that I kinda forgot about: Brian Wilson, If I Had a Million Dollars, Too Little Too Late, Call and Answer, etc.

I've never not enjoyed their music but I definitely appreciate it on a different level now. Ever happened with another band for you or do you have any thoughts on BNL?

That song you posted doesn't get my attention. Kind of cheesy.

But yeah I go through those phases. Did it with Blind Melon.

Brian Wilson

Was my introduction to the band and the only song I ever really liked of theirs.

After Only knowing the big hit they had, I recently dove into their catalog. Great band. Soup was a really good album.
