Will Finn's be open early for the Villa match tomorrow morning?

If so, I may drive over from BR for my first Finns game experience while breaking out my new home jersey.

Anytime Arsenal is playing it is open. This weekend has been Gooner Gras. Arsenal fans from all across the country are in town. From as far away as California. It is going to be packed.

One hour an 8 minutes to kick off. If you are an Arsenal fan within an hour drive of NOLA you should be at Finn's today.

Some people pulled an all nighter during Gooner Gras last night..

Ospina, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Ramsey, Walcott, Cazorla, Ozil, Giroud.

Gabriel makes the bench.

Same XI as City except Mesut for Alexis' hammy and Theo for Ox. Really need the three to start closing on the top of the table.
Let's go Gunners!

I am home in front of the TV. I put a roast in the slow cooker on a whim last night for Super Bowl Sunday, so that has me tied to home.

As great as Gooner Gras would be, I think I'll wait for a quieter Saturday or Sunday to drive over and check out Finn's.

Looking forward to it.

Anybody know what the M looking hand sign Giroud did two weeks ago and Ozil did today means?

Is there any doubt that Ospina is now the PL/CL keeper?

Woj is young, and I hope he makes something positive out of the demotion. I can see him getting pissed and wanting out.

But for now, there is no question. Ospina is our first team keeper.

I'm certainly happier with Ospina, that stop at the end was fantastic.

The best part was seeing Walcott and Ozil back in the lineup. I still don't like seeing Ozil on the left, but it worked today.

It is just so hard to drop Santi from that #10 role in his current form.

He's not really playing the no. 10, but he's moving into the space. He's playing way deeper. For example, he rarely receives the ball with his back toward goal, not that would be a problem since he's one of the most amazing dribblers in tight spaces I've ever seen. He might be the best player we've had in the decade or so I've followed Arsenal at keeping the ball in tight spaces.

Everyone played really well today. Really like the fact that Coquelin stays back, and allows our other players to do their thing. Also impressed that Santi stayed back on some counter attacks. Santi makes the game tick from any position and controls our tempo so well. Almost Zidane-esque the way he can do that from any position on the field.

I don't care for that either. I think you cut Mesut's creativity in half by playing him on the wing, much like a knight in chess has only half-effectiveness when played out on the edge of the board.

But with a result like today, I'll defer to Arsene and reserve the right to bitch again about this in the future if things go awry.

Cazorla and Ozil are floating 10s. Makes it difficult for the opposition to stop either. We are going on a run in the league and UCL. What a great performance today.

You frickers need to come next year for Gooner Gras. It is going international and will be massive.
