Not too surprising. Giroud is kind of a physical specimen. Will be nice to have him give Danny some competition up front. Also a different look.

Flamini and Arteta starting again...

Ramsey still not fully fit or just saving him for the next three game stretch???

Alexis is amazing. Good game, burnley sucks though. Our d still has problems although chambers was great. So glad walcott is back, man this could be fun with Alexis well beck and walcott. I still don't get why poldi doesn't play more. In 20 minutes he's given us more down the left than ozil did all season. Games like this are perfect for him to start.

But the flamini arteta pairing won't cut it any more. Flamini I feel just keeps getting worse.

needs to post more.

Glad to see Chambers score. The goal obviously meant a lot to him.

I agree about Podolski. He is made for games like these. It's so sad to see a guy who likes our club so much just rot on the bench. Why bring him on in the 80th minute? He immediately started creating chances. Let him have at least 30 minutes, if he's not starting (which he should against all lower competition, especially at home). I hate how Arsene uses subs (or rather, doesn't), and I believe the lack of rotation is a large part of our injury woes.

Also, why was Flamini playing forward?

Podolski has to get a look ahead of Santi, who is just lacking confidence in front of net at this point and allowing that to hurt the rest of his game.

And everytime Arsene makes an aggressive sub in central midfield, we score. Why not start that way?

Glad to see Theo back.

Alexis could Suarez us into a title chase, and our supporting cast is better than Pools from last year.

I hate to say this, but it looks like Chelsea is running away with it this year.

Frustrating to see Santi miss those easy opportunities. He needs a goal bad.

It's more frustrating to see him just freeze and stare off into the distance after each unlucky block. The guy usually looks like a happy, smiling goof ball all the time. You can just tell how much this is getting in his head.

for sentimental reasons, i want Henry to play for us the last half of the season. i also think he could contribute. he is unreal. can't physically start, but i'd take him over a hell of a lot of our bench attackers as an option off the bench if we're chasing a goal.

He's a much better third option than sanogo. And he does still have quality and creativity that arguably no one else on the team has

It also seems like he would be a tremendous asset to have working alongside Welbeck.

He definitely needs to have some sort role with the club going forward.

I'd love him as goal-chasing sub. Would he be okay with filling that role?

I mean, if we're down a goal, I'd feel pretty damn good with.

4 at the back
Wilshere-Ramsey
Theo-Alexis
Henry-Welbeck

And that's not including Giroud, Ozil, Podolski...

When healthy we have some serious attacking talent.

Milestone after tomorrow. No chance does Galatasray win at Dortmund and we will win as well. Anderlecht has been in a funk domestically after our miracle win.

Through to the knockouts again.

I LOVE THIS TEAM!!!
