Yeah, I have high hopes for Lamela. I'd like to see what the kid can do. I STILL haven't given up on Soldado just yet either.

Read an article saying than Vertonghen's agent isn't ruling out a move to Barcelona.

Same. Vertonghen wasn't amazing for us this year. I would have been a lot more bummed last summer. I also think Kaboul and Chiriches could get things done.

That said, does Barcelona still want him?

I think Jan will get back to his old ways under Poch. He had to play left back a lot last year which isn't his first choice position and I don't think he ever bought into Timmy's ideas.

He was my favorite player a couple years ago but last year was a huge letdown.

I don't put too much fault on Jan for last season. We suffered greatly on the back line with injuries and guys playing out of position. We were never able to build a cohesive unit that had a chance to gel. I definitely still want him to stay.

From the article I read, he's a backup if Barça can't get their target from PSG.

Good. Dawson is garbage. Gylfi is good, but he deserves a shot somewhere else and we can probably get something for a player we waste.

They very well could be selling the new shirts on the tour. I was hoping to go to the game in Seattle somehow, but my buddy has a bachelor party in Vegas.

I just can't wait to watch Erik Lamela shine. I hope he score a hat trick in every game in the States.

I REALLY wanted to head up to Chicago to watch that match, but, alas, 'twas not meant to be.

Decent fee. Got our money back. Sad to see him go.

Paulihno possibly going to Juventus in Serie A?

Juventus are making a £20 million bid to sign the Brazilian midfielder Paulinho from Tottenham Hotspur.

The move is expected to pave the way for Arturo Vidal to leave the Italian champions although Manchester United, who have strongly been linked with the 27-year-old, deny they are close to agreeing a deal for the Chilean international.
