How can a boy in public school meet private school girls?

Alright, my little brother will be in high school now. it is a public school in BR. i thought he would be alright, but i saw the gifted program and there were barely any people. I then realized that private school have the hottest girls ( St Joes, Dunham, Parkview Baptist). I was looking on facebook, and this black dude who went to private school here was surround by hot girls . How can my bro meet them? Wish i went to private school....

volunteer to work vacation bible school at the private elementary schools. A lot of private school girls do this during the summers.

The topic is stupid, but he does have a point. You meet different kinds of people in public then you do in private. I can see why parents send their kids to private. Kids they wan their children hanging out with, etc.
