I'm 42 years old and getting thin on top. I'm not ready to be bald. Would implants be a good option?

I got them on my scrotum. The 10 year old boy thing wasn't appealing to me anymore.

This thread should go well.
And I pretty much have been shaving my head since 25. Couldn't fathom getting hair implants or plugs.

I'd be interested to know as well. You could always shave it slick, start tanning, grow a beard and start bulking up if you are worried about your sex appeal.

In other words become Kimbo Slice.

I've known two guys that have gotten hair implants to cover up their receding hairlines. It was definitely noticeable esp as their hairline continued to recede more with age. I wouldn't do it. Just go clean shaven and bald.
FWIW they were both toolbags as well.

One of my high school teachers had them when I was in high school (late 1980s). It looked like he had Barbie doll hair.
Hopefully, the doctors have improved their hair plug techniques since then.

You'd have to relocate afterwards to avoid all the snickering

Just grow a beard, and keep the hair on your head short/shaved. It works well

Own it. As long as you're not a fat slob women don't care. They just want a confident guy.

That's what I'm afraid of happening. I might just have to play the hand I've been dealt and eventually just take it all off. Thanks for the feedback.

Did it. Very expensive and the results are not that great. Listen to the OP. Your past 40 anyway, who gives a crap. Shave it and get in shape.

I looked into it. There are only like 5 doctors in the US that are any good at it. I think there are two brothers named Shapiro? who are in Michigan and are supposed to be some of the best. They are also the ones who fix the Bosley transplants
There is a whole website and forum dedicated to it, and it has the names of the good doctors

Do some googling on Joel McHale and Jeremy Piven, they were both showing a lot of skin up top years ago but now have hair. Not sure what method they used but I'm guessing they could afford some top notch procedure.

Be a man and own that shite. Shave it and just deal with it.
