Is Chicken still monitoring the reinstatement thread?

Because I've seen he has skipped over several inquiries.... I'd just like to get an answer if possible.

I've been a loyal poster to this site and make a strong argument for someone that should be allowed to post.

I know you have compassion and can understand his plight. He just wants to be a normal poster on an awesome board he has heard of for years and now lurks and tries to post just to be fingered as an alter due to his home ip address being burned.

From him when he created an alter out of desperation, and here is the reasons:
(Dated a famous poster that used all his IP addys and burned them with alters, so now after being split a year, he can't get a single name that last even a 100 post)
