The only Chinese food I eat in that area is Omi. But it's not Americanized. And I guess it isn't cheap compared to buffet places, but still pretty cheap overall.

I want something kinda sweet with some lo mein that's not going to cost me $10. If there's a good "sweet" dish at Omi (Everything I've tried has been spicy and very good) that comes with Lo-Mein, I may change my mind.

The sweet and sour pork and chicken at omi were both very good the time I tried it.

King's Wok is passable for standard Chinamen fare.
