Pretty good list.

I'd switch out:

Delachaise for Cure

Yeah, the hipsters loaded up on nola.com accounts and swayed the vote.

the sheer amount of TV's and the beer selection make it better than Carousel for me. and yes their food is pretty awful, but when they have a cat shucking oysters they're usually pretty solid.

toss up here for me. I'm not into cocktails so much so the lower price tag / more casual atmosphere @ Delachaise drives it ahead for me.

also, no Barrel Proof bro? thought that was your new jam.

I don't think that's a terrible list, you can tell they wanted to pick bars from different neighborhoods.

Same vibe as Bridge Lounge with bigger whiskey selection. I had a decent old fashioned there, but nothing to write home about.

Yeah, been a few times (twice with your bro) and enjoyed it.

It seems like they are attracting their target audience. Mostly young professionals willing to spend a few bucks on cocktails.

Their lists are subtantial, and I've enjoy trying some new whiskey's. I don't particularly like how they offer you 1 oz. or 2 oz pours. I would prefer a single or double option. Pretty sure this is an intentional attempt to deceive the customer. Other than that, it's defintely worth trying out.

p.s. Yes, they have a few solid beers too.

I always go there to eat and have enjoyed every one of my visits. It's not my type crowd but I do like the vibe. Of course in always drunk when I go.
