I say not before 2024.

It is voted for every two years. I doubt the Republicans will hold it for the next ten years/five election cycles.

Probably not until a Republican is elected president again, so I say 2026.

Whenever those illegals get their voter id card, or when the dems bus them to the polls to vote for dead peeps

Not before 2022, given that there's no way that most current "red" areas would elect a Democrat after the way they got fricked by the Blue Dogs from 2006-2010.
After 2020, redistricting due to the Census likely plays a big role in how many competitive seats there will be. Control of the state houses and governor's mansion, coupled with population shifts, will determine who controls the House for the next decade.

It is not hard to imagine 2018. A Republican takes the White House in two years and then pisses a lot of people off.

Dems held the house from at least the 50s until 1994, so it's possible to hold a majority for long periods of time.

2022
I think R do well in 2014
2016, I think R's win president and basically tread water in house
2018 they lose seats in house
2020 new president, probably an R (since I think it will be an incumbent running for office). If a Dem they lose it this year.
2022 If a R is president, this is where they lose it.
