The only requirement is you have to be somewhat available for a slow draft, which will start August 1st.
By slow draft, I mean being able to pop into the thread and make your pick. I think we set the time limit at like 12 hours to make a pick or something like that, but obviously the quicker the better

For what it's worth I had a shortlived account back in circa 2006 when I was in college whose username/password have been lost to time. Boredom at work drove me back to TD.
