ESPN The Body issue out - Example of TD over-censorship?

I just noticed the new Body issue is out and the pics can be found on the ESPN Homepage. Is censorship on TD too out of control if these pics would get you banned here but it's totally acceptable for a SFW sports website?
BTW - there are pics of a woman with no legs that somehow does it for me.

That's just it, it's not porn but it is a bannable offense here. Just seems a little too restrictive on what is and is not acceptable.

Because Espn 1) doesn't have to worry about what sponsors think and B) doesn't have to worry about things getting out of control with posting graphic content.
