If I am not mistaken, in the Wimbeldon final Sunday, Federer served a ball that was ruled out by the official. Federer challenged, however, and the camera showed the ball was in. Federer got credited with an ace.

Are all serve challenges awarded an ace in this scenario? What if the ball went in (was ruled out) and Djokovic returned it?

I think if a player doesn't make contact with the ball it is declared a winner

If you don't touch the ball and it's ultimately called in, the player who hit the shot wins the point.

The point would just be replayed rather than awarded to Djokovic.
