Followup to my Hit and Run(and Run) Thread: Runner has been Located and Arrested

My insurance got in touch with the runner the day after the accident and he claimed that "he may have hit someone, but he doesn't remember and he doesn't have insurance and is getting an attorney"
I can't let things go. I found out his fiancé's name and found her on social media. Went through her pictures and figured out the bar they hang out at.
My passenger's husband had also been calling the guy posing as a construction worker looking for work. Today, the runner told my passenger's husband that he could start on Wednesday (
), the runner also told my passenger's husband that he had to go because he was out drinking with some friends.
Me and the passenger's husband took a drive to the bar and he went inside and saw the runner there. I walked in got a positive ID and walked out and called the police. 4 JPSO police cars were there within minutes. I told the police officers what the runner was wearing and they went inside and got him, pulled him outside and I watched him get arrested.
The runner had outstanding traffic warrants in Jefferson Parish and will have to be transferred to Orleans Parish to be processed for the hit and run.

I couldn't have done any of it without the help of my passenger's husband.
He should have just given me his insurance info instead of running away from the accident. Probably would have been a lot less of a headache and a lot less expensive for him. Now he gets time in Jefferson Parish Jail and OPP on top of some fines.
