Take the test, if you can't answer 40 and you've been through college or currently attending please don't vote. 
If you are a high school graduate or Ged then 30 is good , oh and I got a 46/50 with just 2 yrs of post high school education

I use online banking.
I haven't balanced a checkbook in years. I don't even write checks.
You should have said basic math. That test is more applicable to real life than balancing a checkbook. Who still sits down and balances their checkbook? My parents even stopped doing that because of online banking.
