Just watched zach braff give an interview on sunday morning and it was pretty good. Willing to go see it given how he had to raise money for it. love a good to Hollywood

Saw it.
Zach Braff could make some great movies if he would just put down the indie brush and paint a few strokes without it. As you'd expect from the trailer, Wish I Was Here is packed with forced visuals and situations that strain plausibility. With this one he even shows us a ridiculous view of Comic Con and cosplay that could only be written from the perspective of someone who has no interest in the subject matter whatsoever. He needs a producing partner who can rein him in and prevent him from turning a great movie into an over-written parody of an independent film.

Haven't seen it yet, but if it's anything close to Garden State I cannot wait.
