Updating my jailbroken iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1) to iOS7 without losing anything

I'd prefer to keep it jailbroken but it's not the end of the world if it isn't. How do I keep all the jailbroken stuff I've bought/tweaked and keep my contacts/music/photos? I've held off on this for a year and now a lot of store apps need iOS7 to run.
