I love that place, and I live 85 miles from there. He makes the best boudin IMHO. The rest of his stuff is really good.

Livestock pen in the back. Sausage in the front.

I work with TBoys BIL...good boudin IMO. Cracklins need some work. His cuts of meat are FRESH! Worth the trip.

Had some links of boudin from there a few weeks ago. Very good! Has a stronger liver taste than most others.

Best boudin, beats out most of the other guys you see mentioned here in the Boudin Cookoff. There smoked sausage is great, best crawfish étouffée stuffed fryers, smoked ponce is good, my favorite is their tasso roast.

I had some of his boudin and thought it was good, but I like Don's and Kartchner's better. But you know how that is, folks have different tastes. His is certainly worth a try.

On the public radio show, The Splendid Table, Jan and Michael Stern do a segment about "road food" around the country. I cracked up listening to their yankee accents talking about T-Boy's Slaughterhouse and his "boudin sausage."

I think that's what I like so much about it.

I like it a lot, because I prefer a more liver-y boudin. I also used to like Mowata Store but haven't been in a few years -- what happened to it?
