This was an incredibly emotional ride, one that I've never really experienced. Anyone else seen it? Just wow. I don't even know what to say.

Yep. You never forget that documentary. Maybe the most powerful film I've ever seen. It stays with you and you always remember when and where you watched it.

I went in cold. Had no damn clue what it was even about when I watched it 5 years ago. It was just a random recommended movie for me on Netflix.

Knocked me on my arse and it was all I could think about the next day.

First time it's ever been mentioned on this board.

I mentioned it as a recommendation for Netflix a little while ago. If anyone hasn't seen it, do. It's not easy to watch at times, though.

I watched it about halfway through the first time and couldn't finish (had to leave or something). I watched it the entire way through the second time with my wife, thought I had it all figured out... until...

I went into it blind and was completely drained by the end of it. I'm by no means trying to sound like a badass but I never cry during movies and this one had me crying like a baby.

I regret watching it. It was a great documentary but I wish I had never seen it.

Just watched this last night.

Glad others were just as blindsided and devastated. I don't think my jaw has ever dropped as it did during this movie. Just incredible.

I watched it, but it was hard to see, as the tears blurred my vision.

The synopsis doesn't sound that crazy. I am intrigued.

Troof.

Best doc I've ever seen. I went in cold. It went in dry.

And the fact that it wasn't even nominated for an Oscar should tell you something about their process for documentaries
