Jeryl Brazil and Lorenzo Phillips both in rivals JUCO top 50

Brazil at 17 and Phillips at 22 both have SEC offers. Think they make a difference down the line if they become our opponents in the league?

No he is not. Couldn't get playing time before. Look for him at A&M as a landing spot.

I thought he left due to academic reasons?
We have a lot of draft eligible LBs. He'd be useful. But I guess A&M needs him more.

Phillips is on his way to Bama for the 2016 class as of right now. Will have 2 years left to play

Phillips never got into any trouble did he? I'd be fine taking him back.

The rumors were that his issues were strictly academic and he wanted to come back at the time. Can't say I've ever seen it play out that way though.

What is that based on? Name recognition? Neither has seen a field in a long time. How can they have been evaluated?

Yeah it's probably wide open though. He knows LSU and is probably most comfortable here but he also loved A&M and was committed to them for a brief period during his commitment. Hopefully he can come back now that he is on the right track.

Lorenzo left because he got buried on the depth chart.
He left on his own accord. He wouldn't come back to LSU if he got an offer, but LSU won't reoffer him in the first place.

I'm not going to go as far as earlier said, but Brazil had soooo many chanced and kept getting put on handcuffs. Not what we want in the program.
