Protein question for the OT workout crew

Looking for a decently tasting low carb protein supplement for after working out in the evenings - I've lost over a hundred pounds on a low carb diet and still have a bit more to lose, but I want to start gaining muscle with weightlifting. Any suggestions?
Bars or powder - doesn't matter to me. Just need a protein boost after working out since my diet during the days is just an Atkins shake in the mornings, salad for lunch (the occasional eggs/sausage from a grocery deli), then a meat/veggie combo for dinner. Would like to get some more protein in my body before or after workouts. I'm trying to keep my daily carb intake to below 30g right now, and most protein bars/powders I've seen on the market have 40g's per scoop. Muscle Milk light is near 10g's per scoop - wondering if anyone knew of something lower than that.
Suggestions appreciated.

whey protein before workout
whey protein powder + creatin powder after workout
the gold standard 100% whey only has 3g of carbs per serving

Isopure has low and zero carb, and tastes fantastic.

I thought casein caused men to grow boobs?

I like the Muscle Milk that has 50 g's of protein. Low carb, relatively low calorie, and it tastes delicious.

His favorite protein comes from the loins of Lebron.

Typically steer clear of the bars because they do have a bunch of carbs and sometimes excess fat. If you want a protein shake, here:
Here's the nutrition facts.
Since you want to keep it low protein for some reason, just do 1/2 or 1 scoop. 24g of protein isn't a whole lot.

Just buy whatever is on sale.

Low carb, not low protein.

Most whey proteins now are low carb, so finding that shouldn't be an issue.

Isopure has a zero carb protein

Soy protein contributes to bitch tits, not casein. Agreed with the other posters...Optimum Nutrition is my go-to. Side note, carbs are not bad for you when done right and will actually make your "gaining muscle" happen much easier.

I don't know if I'd say the isopure tastes great. The isopure you buy in individual bottles is really good almost like a sports drink. It is also expensive as shite. The powder doesn't taste pretty nasty in my opinion though

I've only had the chocolate low carb, but I thought it was really good.

Vanilla Ice Cream flavored Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard with
1 cup water
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Taste like a strawberry milkshake from Dairy Queen yet only has approx - 12g carbs and approx 30 grams protein
