Guy in the wheel chair had PLENTY of room to navigate around the cop. We also don't know what transpired before the face shove.

I guess if the guy in the wheel chair had pulled out a gun and shot the cop, it would be ok cause he's in a wheelchair

yep, I'm sure a paraplegic was a threat to the cop. might have stuttered something that hurt the big bad officers feelings. Wahtever happened, it certainly justifies the cop's actions.

I don't think you realize how F'ing heavy those chairs are, especially with a big boy sitting in it. And you can see the guy lining up with his foot to make sure he catches it. That jackass was trying to run over his foot. There is no question about it. And I guarantee that shite hurt.

Kincade, according to police reports, told employees from a charter school nearby that he was armed with a gun.
Officers quickly determined that Kincade didn't have a gun, but they found a pocket knife that Kincade said he carried for protection. School personnel had asked police to inform Kincade that he was no longer welcome near the school.
Police Chief Patrick Flannelly said Tuesday that Kincade had started to leave when he hit Davidson with his wheelchair.
