I could be wrong but I am pretty sure they sell it at rouses anywhere in NOLA. I am not sure where you are trying to pick up the sauce.

Used to get it at Kenny's Seafood in Slidell when we lived there - wasn't in Rouse's then/there.

You can try the Cajun Meat Market in Houma, or the Bourgeois Smokehouse in Thibodaux. Either will have a good sausage selection, but may want to call to see if either have the sauce.
