I think you ride in a raft, so minimal wedgies.

I saw a test video of it before they put the net up. They cranked up the jets and rocketed a raft off the second drop. The sandbags didn't dare well.

Isn't that the one that has been shut down a ton of times because it kept sending test runs off the track?

No clue, but that makes we want to ride it more. Think of the lawsuits my family would have

The article says the opening has been delayed several times due to technical glitches.

I'm not getting on any ride that can't open on several occasions.

Yeah. I just checked the old test video out again. I'm not sure how to link a an embedded Facebook video from alien blue to TD, but if you search Wonder World Web on Facebook, there is a test video posted 8 hours ago that shows the crash. They apparently had to add brakes and re-engineer the second hill to make it work without killing people.

Just from looking at it I'm surprised a person would have enough momentum to get up that hill. There is a straight drop one at White Water in Atlanta and it doesn't take too long to slow down once you flatten out at the bottom. I can't imagine making it up a long steep hill like that.

So what if a fatty doesn't make it up the hill?

I've rode the tallest slide at the Schlitterbahn outside of San Antonio. I think it was called the Masterblaster
