Who else is excited for The Strain on FX?

Starts July 13 
I read the trilogy after seeing the teasers for this show. Can't wait to see this.
Btw...books are good and an easy read if anyone wants to check them out.

I need a new show so I'll watch it. I haven't brought myself to watch S7 of True Blood yet.

Will watch. Read the first two books of the trilogy. Couldn't get into last one.

I admit the last book wasn't as great as the first two. But it gives you an ending to the series. After reading the first two I had to know how it ended.
From the trailers I've seen it looks like they are staying fairly true to the books.

This show went down the shitter after season 1. It's just on at the right time because there's no other show to compete with it.
ETA: To answer the OP. frick yes it looks like its going to be awesome.
