Just to show you guys how lucky we are to have a quarterback of this caliber. Brees' has been absolutely ridiculous in the post season. It's amazing how often he is overlooked by the 3 other elite quarterbacks. That TD/Ratio is insane. We all know the defense lost the game @SF in 2011. Had that not of happened, we are more than likely looking at another Superbowl appearance for Brees. Maybe then he wouldn't be overlooked so often by Manning, Brady and Rodgers. But I digress. This is nice to look at.

Brees has almost never been the reason we've lost a game with something on the line. Not many teams can say that about their QB

10 teams can't even make a case for their QB because their QB has no playoff experience.

sucks to be them.

a huge chunk of the passing yardage for Brees came from 2011 playoffs.

he passed for over 460 yards against the Lions and 49ers.

Funny thing about that list is how Big Ben and Eli stack up.

Many think that these two will not be in the HOF. Their stats in big games say otherwise.

Eli I can agree with, but Big Ben hasn't been great in big playoff games.

24 and 6 are the two biggest stats IMO.

I'd like to see a QBR.

If only we had defenses besides last year and 2009.

ETA: 2011 was our year. Can't believe the defense fricked that up.

Agreed. The only impressive stat for Big Ben is the win/loss but he had very good defenses backing him up

Really? I was actually surprised by these stats. More positive than I had imagined to be honest. I thought his completion %age was going to be much worse. Obviously the only stat that TRULY matters is W/L.

Rhetorical question since Brees does have that SB win but Brees's record is kinda meh when it comes to actual playoffs. Obviously the SB is all that matters but curious what people would think and say if they had lost that SB in a close loss to Peyton. Thought these stats were kinda surprising. Pretty cool.

Matt Ryan has never lost a super bowl. Now that's a stat you can get behind.

To be fair the Falcons defense lost that NFC championship. Can't make any excuses for the Giants loss and only scoring 2 points though which he obviously wasn't even responsible for, that's horrendous. Also that arse beating by Green Bay, Rodgers just ripped Atlanta apart. Ryan is a good QB though, I'm not one of those that'll shite on the dude. He still has time to get it together in the playoffs, although I hope that doesn't happen.

That's being pretty homer'ish. Tom Brady's 18-8 record shits on everything from that entire stat sheet.

Tom Brady was winning championships with defense also.

Brees was losing in the playoffs because of the defense.

Brady was on teams with good defenses for those Super Bowls. That doesn't take anything away from how amazing he's been, especially some clutch drives, but he certainly had more help than the other elite quarterbacks on the defensive side of the ball.
