fo sho

If you ask enough people the same question w/a camera in their face you are eventually going to get somebody that is either completely ignorant who just wants to be on TV or brain farts badly b/c they are nervous.

I used to work at a news station as a videographer and would see people screw up the easiest of info all the time in MOS style interviews.

Everybody just wants to be on tv

My biggest gripe about this segment is how it never shows people who know who Landon Donovan is. I know it's just a humor bit, but they probably interviewed around 30 people before they found these six or so dumbasses.

My favorite was when they asked people on gluten-free diets if they knew what gluten was and none of them did

I'll be honest, if I was caught off guard and asked a question on TV about Donovan's performance, and I wasn't considering that it could be a joke interview, I'd probably just start thinking about Clint's play and talk about that.

It's just funny they feel the need to put the sticker on it. I don't blame them because it probably helps the product sell better. People be dumb.

I've never noticed this before on the other Jimmy Kimmel segments like this, but I have a feeling that those people were responding to a different question and then the Landon Donovan question was dubbed in for the segment.
