MP54

AP2's are overrated

Recommendation:

Hit both for yourself, and base your choice on the results.

I know lots of folks who love their ap2's and a lot of folks who love mizuno irons

I owned the ap2's for half a season and wasn't impressed

I've moved on to the nike VR forged irons but I can't sell anyone on nike

Is that a combo set or just cavity throughout?

I love my ap2s. But mizuno makes great clubs too. Just need to hit both and see which you like better

I hit the MP54's and the AP2's and went with the AP2's, mostly because they're a little more forgive able

Mizuno's are great but a matter of choice and feel

Moved from some Mizuno blades (MP67) to the AP2 within the last few months.

Trajectory was a little high for me with the MP54's and I actually liked the feel of the AP2s better. Plus the AP2 seems more forgiving, which is what i was looking for. And I can still work the ball very well with them.

Both are quality clubs, and you need to demo both to see what you hit best and what feels best.

Im hitting MP64s. Love them.

When you hit a pure Mizuno iron, you'll be hooked.
