Olympic soccer age rules? our team will be consisting of ?

I know there is something of a amateur rule. It won't be our A squad.

It is a U-23 tournament with three players of any age who can also play. Some teams take it very seriously and bring great players, like Brazil in 2012, while others don't care all that much.
The Olympic tournament isn't one I care for much.
That being said I hope we qualify. Last time around, we had a very good team, and we totally choked it away in the final minutes.
No one is going to have a good idea of who will be called up though. It's damn near impossible to predict whether a Jose Villareal or Jack McBean will be great in 2 years.
I knew a guy who was on the U-23 team and he basically said Mix was below average compared to the guys on the roster. The next year, Mix leapfrogged 95% of those guys and made the Gold Cup starting line-up.

Yeah, they were in Nashville, and I was at the games. It was really painful watching Sean Johnson deflect that goal into our net.

Interested in this as well. With the Olympics coming in 2016 I would assume qualifying is sometime next year?
