Why do cops think it's okay to park wherever the hell they want?

I'm okay with it as long as it doesn't cause a safety concern. I get pissed as all hell when I'm trying to make a left on Magazine St (tons of traffic) and a normal car is parked 15 feet past the line. But when it's a cop that's just fricking bad. It's literally impossible to turn left right now unless you creep out halfway into the street.
There's a group of cops that go to Saucy's BBQ once every few days and they ALL park illegal. But it's not just here it's the entire city. #entitlement #endrant

For the same reason that they can pass me on the interstate, like I'm standing still, just to pull over and set up a radar trap. They think they are above the law that they are sworn to protect.
