Dude will be 39 years old. What's the oldest goalie the World Cup has seen?

I doubt it. Guzan is an excellent replacement, though.

If he's still able, I don't see why not. Chances are he'll drop by then, though. Probably Brad Guzan.

Zoff won a World Cup at 40.

I'd say Guzan is our keeper in 2018 though. A couple of years ago, many people who watch more EPL than me said he was better than Howard in the league.

No but Brad Guzan will be and the great fraternity of U.S. goalkeepers will continure.

A goalie broke the record this year. He was 43. He was on the team as a sub back in 1994.
