My late review on Bayou Country Superfest

I was banned, but here are my thoughts and observations of BCS. I went undercover as a Red Dirt Country fan for the weekend and observed the strange culture.
First night: Reba and George Strait. This was the worst night of them all. They call these guys country legends? Pheww. I was bored as frick. Where was the hip hop? I won't go much further into this snooze fest of a night
Second Night Highlights: I was in the middle of an all day Busch Light and meth bender, but it didn't stop me from catching the rocking good tunes of Luke Bryan. The sun was blaring down on us, but boy was that quality Red Dirt country. The right blend of pick ups, beer, gurls, and rapping.
Third Night Highlights: after having just finished having unprotected sex in a port-a-potty with my cousin, I decided to see what this Florida Georgia Line was all about. You guys rag on them a lot here, so I wanted to see if the hate was warranted. Well, I'm here to say that you all have mislead me. They fricking rock. They played Cruise 18 times and the crowd fricking loved it.
All and all, this is great for the city of Baton Rouge, and I wouldn't have traded my experience for anything

Between that and Trace Adkins at Blue Bayou Dixie Landin' two weeks ago, it was a great month for music in the city. Can't wait for this weekend to head back and see Montgomery Gentry

Finally, someone who gets it...Too bad posters like Hat Tricks have to be too close minded to accept people's musical tastes and realize that Country music is the most played style of music on radio. BCS brought in a lot of money and culture into Baton Rouge
