A President that learned law at the prestigious Harvard School of Law, has taught Constitutional Law but has been found in violation of the Constitution in both act and sponsored legislation. How does that happen?

I would be very interested in seeing what track record all other Presidents have in their dealings with the SCOTUS.

It's easy. He doesn't care. The ends justify the means and he knows that no one with the ability to do so will do a damn thing to stop him. He just doesn't give a damn.

While this disappointed me greatly, the bigger outrage was his re-election.

He's a progressive. When you understand what that term means it will make sense.

I remember because it was prominently displayed outside of an office near my work area (on a military installation) during the course of the 2008 election. A clear political statement in a (supposedly) apolitical environment.

This all day long. Seems to be my theme of the day as well.
Some people are just starting to understand what this all means.
