It's in the middle of the US and is very high up compared to most cities. That protects it from any sort of Monster Tsunami. Theres also a huge underground base under the city.

You'll be under 30 feet of ash when Yellowstone blows.

I prefer hurricanes over most natural disasters. We know it's coming. It gives us plenty of time to hunker down and party.

We'll stay here and party with all the white women. OP can go to Denver with all the damn dirty hippies and smell like armpit.

There's an underground volcano in Montano that will frick Denver up when it erupts.

Didn't a bunch of people up there get wiped out by a small natural disaster last year?

Yet I am to believe they can handle a major one?

Would you really want to live in an area that was the only place left inhabitable? Is that a world I should actually be attracted to living in? Nothing against Denver. I like the area, but is that a world I would want to exist in after such a calamity that left everywhere else and all it's vegetation wiped out by seawater?
