Can anyone identify this bolt/rivet device?

Edit: got the answer below.
Trying to identify the name of this mounting device. It goes through a steel codo door and provides a threaded area to mount an opener/closer to. It is smooth on outside of door.

You need some or is this a quiz. Threaded rivet. Not sure if that's the correct nomenclature

Are we talking about the four bolts in the pic? Why wouldn't you call it a carriage bolt?
