I'm still seeking the elusive sub 30 on a 5K. I think I'd of had it at this one but I got caught up behind a crowd of moms w/ strollers.
10K: 1:06
I beat my 10K practice PR at this years CCC by almost ten mins. It was much better than I expected, and I was very proud of myself.

It has been almost 15 years since I've run competitively, but I think one of my best performances was a 10 mile race I finished in right under an hour. Sub 6 minute miles for 10 miles...I'm not sure how I did it.

Hahahaha. You know I don't.
Maybe a little sometimes...for like a second, but then I remember how terribly bad it sucked.

That's kinda disappointing, honestly.
Given your age and condition, I expected more from you.

These were all a couple/several years ago.
5K 18:49
10K 39:41
10 mile 1:06:34
Half marathon 1:31:32
Marathon 3:24:40
That 10 mile time was probably my best race ever. Everything fell together perfectly, even in conditions that weren't ideal. I never have had the "perfect" half marathon or marathon race.

I've never trained for it. They threw me in it cold turkey for conference this year. I was 17 flat through 5k then got left by myself when the frick from UT Arlington I was pacing with took off to pace his teammate who lapped us.
